SS 304 Swing Type Check Valve

Working of SS 304 Swing Type Check Valve

In the normal forward flow, the fluid pressure pushes the swing disk off the valve seat and the medium can pass through the pipeline. If the flow stops or reverses, the disk returns to the seat and closes the flow passage, preventing backflow.

This means that the valve can work automatically without the need of an external actuator or manual intervention.
